I wanted to share with you the need for a person to control their sugar diabetes. There are millions of people with this problem today and surprising amount of them are children. As parents, it is a scary thought because you can't be around them 24 hours a day. It seems that more and more people are getting this. I believe the problem centers around the amount of sugar that children eat these days and parents total lack of interest in controlling it. Our bodies weren't designed to just eat piles and piles of sugar, and just happen to keep going properly. I want to show you the fact that you need to control sugar diabetes.
When it comes to diabetes, I think people are too focused on the short term. If you don't control it in the short term, you run the risk of getting light headed and fainting. That's a serious problem. This is why most people have their meters that check their blood sugar to make sure everything is normal. Obviously if you're sending your children to school, you are putting a lot of responsibility on them to check their blood sugar by themselves.
When it comes to the control of sugar diabetes, I like to think the long term. Fainting and being light headed is one thing, but in the long term you can suffer from much more serious complications. Every close call you have when you're younger. Every time you've fainted or had a light head, will end up taking a tool in the future. The future causes mean amputation of limbs, blindness, etc. It has a much more significant effect years down the road, so this is the reason that you need to stay in control.
